Since 1991, the experts at B.A.U.M. Consult have been helping businesses and public institutions optimise their production and service processes and implement projects related to renewable energy. Our range of services includes the following areas:
1. Resource management, management systems
The main focus of our services is on cost and resource management, environmental regulations, quality, job security and group consulting projects.
2. Renewable energy
We provide services to help with the construction, operation and financing of photovoltaic plants and biomass heating plants. Our goal is to reduce the costs of heat production for larger heat consumers.
3. The future for regions, cities and small towns
We support regional managers, municipal authorities and local parliaments in the development and implementation of programmes for the future.
4. International activities
The goals of the EU and the objectives of German development policies are at the core of B.A.U.M. Consult’s international consulting activities.
